==AVENANT==

Avenant, the Amazon’s Island, is considered by many men as a tropical paradise. But this idea is really far from the truth, since all men in Avenant are treated as inferiors by the amazons, they being relegated to menial labor. All the important social positions are filled by women, as well the religious and arcane occupations. Even the militia is only formed by women.

In fact, any man found in Avenant’s lands are considered slaves, be they native or outsider. On the other hand, foreigner women are welcome, and invited to join them. Amazons has formed a socialistic society, where all the goods are property of the community.

Queen Teska commands Avenant with relative peace, without fear of enemy attacks. Amazons are highly trained in the martial arts, and admired by their fighting prowess. The navy, responsible to defend the coast of the island, is formed by fast ships, which constantly patrols the perimeter around Avenant.

The Slave Trade Company, based in Black Port, decided to increase their profit by capturing and selling the highly sought amazons. They gathered many pirates and invaded the island with a great force, but are struggling against a fierce resistance.
