Slave to the Cheese: If you capture or non-lethally defeat any named Cop or Buro characters, you are 100% unable to simply kill them, and must do everything in your power to prevent anyone else from doing so. Killing them out of hand is too easy, too quick. You must toy with your prey by putting them in elaborate death-traps, or by offering them some desperate (but psychotically "fair") gamble with which to win their life and freedom. Furthermore, you cannot resist gloating to captured foes. You desperately need to tell them your plans in order to rub it in.
