===Carlon and Thamos===
Known to the inhabitants of the system as the Ruby Brothers, the planets Carlon and Thamos are two hydrogen-helium gas giants slowly orbiting Rubycon II. Named for the two sons of Vivaldi Jontur, the Rogue Trader who first surveyed the system, the planets are mined by scoopships for their gases, which are then refined and processed into the plasma fuel which powers the reactors of voidships. Between the orbital paths of the two gas giants is a dense asteroid belt, known as 'Ruby's Belt' or merely 'the Rocks.' Situated near to Port Wander itself, the Belt is host to repair yards, low-gee hydroponic farms, asteroid miners, and luxury estates for Imperial nobles.<br>
