Vincent Silvestri was once a high-ranking member of the Guilder Clans. He made his home in the Underhive, hiring caravans and workers to find lost archeotech and other valuable items. Vincent chose the town of Last Chance to be his base of operations, and soon came to dominate the town. Using his mercenary guards, Vincent began to terrorize the locals, running protection rackets and illegal drug dens, soon gaining the nickname "Vile One" for his disturbing personal hobbies. This blatant flaunting of the laws caused the Guilder Clans to revoke his membership. While now not a Guilder, the Vile One still has many contacts and has begun to assemble a larger following of mercenaries and Van Saar gangers, who look to him for leadership. The only gang currently opposing him violently is Devlan D'Ulanti's Rust Nobles.
