Rafe was briefly in the presence of Twiisi at the Dufirosm Fane at Zilla when Ansahal was inhabiting Rafe's body and they transported there, but Rafe was transported 'home' before he could interact as himself.

Rafe knows the Harbinger by reputation only. Rafe is aware that the Harbinger saw Ansahal exit his (Rafe's) body at the Dufirosm Fane at Zilla. Rafe is also aware that the Harbinger sought out a Dufiro of Vision to learn more about Rafe.  Rafe is now aware of the nature and contents of those Visions.
