Marina is a young woman with flame-red hair that frightens and dismays the storm mothers she encounters. She doesn't talk much about her past, but what little can be gleaned suggests that her crew was almost wiped out in an encounter with a Lintha vessel, during which she Exalted and cut up the Lintha with the very same daiklave they had assaulted her ship to find.
