Alexus cleans up nicely enough, at home in the crowd of wealthy statesmen of Kalogis or Lords and Ladies of Arcadia, the richest of Halkuon. So comfortable in fact that few of the pretentious fools would guess that Alexus would be just at home in the back alleys or gambling pits of the seediest parts of the cities or that he was once Deed, a simple name given to him by a mother of the streets after the act of him being conceived more than anything and that he spends his time working for the highest of royalty as the Sovereign’s Shadow.

Alexus generally wears black leather gloves, stylized- to hide the scars on his right hand earned during is misspent youth in shadier climes.

Alexus wears finery but his lithe body gives him a bit too much of the lean, practiced appearance sometimes making him out of place among softer nobles. His tendency to always sit with his back to a wall and watching a window or door also might seem strange in mixed company and he practices at controlling such habits.

The Shadow has been called on to investigate this land returned to fertility, measure its dangers, and most importantly decide what other lands are a threat to those he is an agent to. Of course, if he can make more profit selling the information to another rulership than that which hired him then all the better.
