Most of the Kobold population of the Confederacy dwells in the city of Adamalasha, for the most part choosing to live in slums and ghettos where they might achieve relative anonymity, but there are still many who walk the Wind Road or work the Water Houses of the great sands.

==Government==
Though hey nominally live under Tiefling/Dragonborn rule, Kobolds also answ4er to their own local Council made up of an elder, a mother, a trickster, and a child and will bring all disputes there to be ruled on.

==Religion==
Kobolds offer worship and fealty to the Wyrm of the dragonborn, but their private prayers and hopes and service are nigh exclusive to Sik'vodili. Many Kobolds also hold faith with one or more foreign god-thing that they identify with for one reason or another.
