===The Varmil=== A heavy shield wall unit. Veteran warriors from many Golden Circle worlds *Regular A Heavy Infantry. Tall Scutums & shortsword. Pilum. Most carry bows for volley fire. Based in Diaga they recruit members from any Golden Circle world. They also recruit heavily among the Amber military. Often these soldiers are given leave from other military units to serve a 5 year term in the Varmil. After their term they have gained valuable experience that they can share with their native units.
