Zong is the son of Vaneekara the Hurler, and the patron of Uz hunters. Zong was the first uz to hunt the new food that trolls found in Komor, and taught others to find prey when it became scarce. His worshippers are the providers of uz society, venturing forth from snug homes to stalk prey in the dangerous Good Hunting Lands. More importantly, Zong teaches us how to send the dead prey's spirit back to its mother so it can be reborn again, hunted anew and eaten again many times. Zong hunters stalk every animal in Glorantha, save true uz.
