== Daidoji Hayashi == Known as "The Iron Serpent", Hayashi is the daimyo of the Daidoji family. In his late 20s, Hayashi is aggressive and supremely capable. He harbors a grudge against the Lion, since he believes that given free reign, the Crane could have crushed the Lion in the War of Bleeding Flowers. The massacre at Shiro Kyotei and the disbanding of the Tsume family drive him to vengeance.
