|Dr. Saeki was the head of the project that created Mizuki, and the renegade being's subconscious instincts are to gratify the scientist, either as a natural desire to please her creator or possibly an artificial safeguard designed to ensure her loyalty. Even the simplest praise from Saeki fills Mizuki with joy, but the thought of disappointing her is more terrifying than Mizuki can bear.

|Through her work with the UGN, Mizuki occasionally encountered Shigano as he attempted to investigate incidents involving renegade virus. She found a kindred soul in him, someone whose burning curiosity drove him to seek answers at any cost, and with repeated encounters their relationship grew (non-romantically) close, though he never guessed that Mizuki was anything more than a normal young woman. Despite their closeness she feels a sadness when she's with him, which any human being would easily understand as guilt for the lies and secrets she hides behind.

|Another subject of Project Pygmalion. A Purebreed Morpheus Renegade Being who appears to be made out of sand when she is not actively trying to blend in with Humanity. When Mizuki is with Rei, it feels like she has a clear purpose, and nothing else matters. But she also begins to lose her connection to humanity; after all, compared to her and her sister everyone else is an alien.
