About a year ago, when my powers first manifested. Literally - the first thing I did was cover myself in this... weird, yellow substance that I can apparently call up from somewhere and control with my mind.

Yeah, it's freaky.

Probably that Mr. Diamonds dude. It was one of my first nights out patrolling and I stumbled across him when he was about to rob a jewelry store and somehow I managed to stop him. He was really pissed off that he was foiled (that's the word, isn't it?) by some no-name noob even before anyone knew what he was doing.

Then there were a couple of times when I more or less accidentally stopped some things his thugs were doing, so now he thinks I've got it in for him, and honestly it's just been dumb luck.
