A young man came out of the depths of the cold lands surrounding the city of Triqis.  Beyond the sharp surrounding mountain ring are many hundreds of level to less rugged patches of land.  Traditionally these lands were too cold to be livable.  However there were tiny pockets of life squeezing out livings hunting greatly cured beasts and growing gardens inside stone dwellings.

Then this thing that reeks of Dworkin occured.  Land once frozen was visited and the temperature changed.  These ''hallars'' warmed to as much as 70 degrees.  Trafficking developed. Plants grew. '''''Ice Wine''''' was vinted.  

This man, Tagaril, had no idea what happened.  All he knew was a trip by him to Triqis coincided with the coming of spring on Pócaí. No one blames him for the weather change though they do good naturedly grumble his name as the greensward less surrounding and filling the city of Triqis.  A small and rugged tourist trade is developing
