==Wood== ===β’=== ====The Last Homely Home β==== *Located on the fringes of the city, this sprawling farm remains in good order, not overgrown even after centuries of disuse. The majority of this manse is made up of its neatly plowed fields; in the center of the fields stand a sturdy farmhouse and a barn. The hearthstone crystallizes in the farmhouse kitchen. The entire farm ploughs, sows, and harvests itself. *Claimed by: Natalzu Chandra Dhiren *Attuned Characters: *Hearthstone: The Farmer's Stone (Oadenol's Codex, p. 98) *Fragility: 1 *Features: **Network Node ***Geomantic Relay **Magical Conveniences (x2) ***Tallies the crops grown on its fields ***Tallies the crops that benefit from the use of its hearthstone **Provider ===β’β’=== ===β’β’β’=== ====The Hub β==== *Halfway between the Central Palace and the Terminal lies a Great Oak Tree in a large grassy square fenced by marble streets and marble columned banisters. The tree has a set of naturally formed steps which work their way up high into the old tree, It is in the branches that the manse truly is. Filled with a variety of natural traps to those not authorised to be here this is a relatively dangerous manse to those who do not know its secret ways. At the centre lies of a room of great comfort with naturally occuring fruit and access to water, comfortable beds made of leaves and a great control room made of twisted wood and crystalised water. And deceptively it is from here that this Manse controls the connected manses known as the Network, along with their artefacts the Many Modes of Transport. The leaves can act as screens and lights to allow this place to work at all hours and the hearthstone like the manse allows steady passage through the most complicated of places. *Hearthstone: Stone of Sure Path *Fragility: 1, It's a Tree. *Features: **Network Node (1pt) **Magical Convinences (1pt) *** Leaves can act as Screens *** Keeps its operator sustained and comfortable. *** Traps magically reset. **Control Room (2pts) **Minor Traps (1pt) **Major Traps x2(4pts) ====Infinite Fermentation Factory β==== *A vast brewery in the south side of the city. This artistic wooden home is surrounded by a fair sized garden, containing a pond, paths and neat flowerbeds. The entire place radiates peace. It was constructed late in the Shogunate as a retirement home for one of the Greatest Artists and Doctors of that Age, the Wood Aspected Terrestrial Salar Novo. Salar himself carved many of the beautiful scenes into the beams and walls of his home, making the place not only a manse but his final masterpiece. A single grave marker lies in the centre of the garden, belonging to Salar himself which is where the manse acquired its name. *Claimed By: Ta'an Aesin *Hearthstone: Gemstone of Mental Health *Maintainence: 1 *Features: **Network Nodes ***Geomantic Relay **Comfort Zone (1pt) **Magical Convinences (1pt) **Life Sustaining (3pts, Wood Favoured) **Workshop Manse: Wood (3pt) ===β’β’β’β’=== ====Nursery of Ten Thousand Fruits β==== *This immense orchard dates to the early Shogunate. Those who were sick were brought to the place and examined by the doctors of the place who treated any ailment they had for little or no cost. Most are surrounded by a grove of Aspen trees, those too far gone for the Pagoda and her staff to heal end up buried under a new sapling. Those found in Denandsor today are full of bleached skeletons. Every bed full, unable to cope with the ferocity of the Contagion. *Claimed by: Rowan Marmalade *Hearthstone: ??? *Maintenance: 2 *Fragility: 2 *Features: ** Comfort Zone (1pt) ** Network Node (1pt) ** Geometric Relay (1pt) ** Living Manse (1pt) ** Archive: Known Diseases (2pts) ** Subtle Breath of Sextes Jylis (2pt, Wood Favoured) ** Life Sustaining (3pts, Wood Favoured) ** Zone of Influence (3pts) ====The House of Sextes Jylis β==== A large grove, mighty gardens and workshops that extend for several miles. This Manse combines many different aspects of both the natural world and civilisation. Cultivated in worship of the Wood Dragon, Sextes Jylis, this manse has stood here for time immemorial. First constructed in the earliest days of the city it has always seen the most talented of carpenters, horticulturalists and herbalists pass through its mighty acres. Today it stands much as it has since its construction, workers beginning to flow into it called by the beauty of the place or the images of beauty in their head they wish to create. *Claimed By: Crimson Meteor *Hearthstone: The Stone of Feral Beauty *Attuned Characters: *Fragility: 1 *Habitability: 2 *Features: **Network Node ***Geomantic Relay **Comfort Zone (1pt) **Subtle Breath of Sextes Jylis (2pts, Wood Favoured) **Provider (3pts, Wood Favoured) **Temple Manse (3pts) ***Sextes Jylis **Workshop Manse (4pts) ***Wood ***Water ===β’β’β’β’β’=== ====The Roots of All-Life β==== This huge system of bioluminesent roots steam all across the ceiling of a giant cavern deep below Denandsor. Below it is the Denandmere, the mighty underground lake that supplies all of Denandsor's fresh water. Almost all the trees of the city past a certain size lead here, if one knows how to access it. Even when it was constructed during the High First Age this mighty complex was a highly kept secret, only several dozen members of the deliberative new it existed at all. This was where the twisted genius of the Twilight Life Artificers truly took shape. It was here that the Blessed Mortals and Slave Races were constructed and initially tested before the few prototypes were shipped to more known facilities for unveiling. No Exalt or Mortal has stepped in this place since the time of Usurpation, though the places halls pulse and it awaits a new master. *Claimed By: *Hearthstone: ??? *Attuned Characters: *Maintainence: 3 *Features: **Network Node ***Geomantic Relay ***Geomantic Nexus (1pt) **Magical Convienences (1pt) ***At any tree of a certain diameter in the city, anyone who knows the password can summon a pod that swims through wood like water. Many of the powers of the manse can be adjusted to ONLY effect the inside of these clear pods. ***Vast Quantities of the Manse are sealed off from the section used by the Life Artificer and can be used to run test subjects through without them gaining access to the Artificer sections. Test Enviroments can also be set up in certain rooms sealed from both previously described sections. ***All organic waste including failed subjects are digested by the manse leaving no waste. ***The entire manse is magically lit by Bio-Luminescent Fungi attached to the Tree. **Living Manse (1pt) **Passwords (1pt) **Simple Traps (1pt, Nexus Powered) **Subtle Breath of Sextes Jylis (2pts, Wood Favoured) **Deadly Traps (2pts, Nexus Powered) **Control Room (2pts) **Life Sustaining (3pts, Wood Favoured) **Puzzle Manse (3pts, Nexus Powered) **Regeneration (3pts, Nexus Powered) **Genesis Laboratory (5pts) ***Analytical Senses
