==Unassociated== Polynesia, Alaskan Free State, Hawaii, Ireland. ===Alaskan Free State=== In the long push to take the Western North America it became too much trouble for the army to slog through all og the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Alaska. So a provisional Independence was allowed in 1860. Since then it has become a trading port, rebal training region, and a refuge for dissidents and fugitives. Much of the Native Nations population, despite the regions of their origin in the Northern Continent moved here. ===Ireland=== Ireland was conquered along with the British Isles by 1807. In 1854 it was essentially granted independence despite not having an independence movement. Daniel O'Connell, long a member of the Austrasian Parliament representing Ireland, was created Prince of Ireland in 1842. When he died, his son Daniel Jr was granted the Rank of Imperial prince, and allowed to rule over Ireland as a mostly independent realm. While it has separate embassies with non-Empire regions and is technically independent it is still a strong supporter of the Empire. It has strong rebel elements and interacts often with the Red gallery and Tedasuke. Rumors of members of the Irish Parliament being Red Gallery members are rampant. ===Hawaii=== In 184 King Kamehameha III signed the Hawaian Constitution, declaring Christianity a guiding religion but not a state religion. At the same time they expelled Austrasian and Japanese embassies and citizens. They became the center of Polynesian resistance but initially refused to accept petitions for protection. In time they supported Polynesian independence and provided military assistance. Hawaii is allied to the Alaskan Free State. There is considerable merchant trade between the two and their mutual relation is called the "Good Will Trade" ====Hawaiian Privateers==== Hawaii has supported Pacific raiders by issuing Letters of Marque against the strong protest of the Austrasian Government. Japanese shipping was not harassed after they came to an accommodation in 1848. Merchant ships smuggle many items to Hawaii but wood is one of the most prives import/ The wood shipments allow the ship industry to build both local vessals and privateer ships.
