===Background=== ‘’Heroic Journey Tables’’ – Education: d6 Hacking; Enchanted Items & Mystic Gadgets: Communications Band Narrative Hook – ''Juicer Uprising'' as his narrative hook, so my initial thought was that tagging along with a Lazlo team unofficially sent to observe events is what got him out into the world and into the path of the Tomorrow Legion/other PCs, but that's adjustable when I see what everybody else has come up with. Tertius was born the third child of a sorcerer and a tech-wizard, inheriting his mother’s talents and his father’s sense of style and tendency toward bombast and overconfidence. Naming decisions aside, they were doting parents who saw to it their son got the best techno-magic education Lazlo could provide, where he discovered a talent for working with computer systems. He also developed a burning curiosity that led him to explore the ruins around Lazlo, where he discovered w working communications band. That same curiosity led him to attach himself to an unofficial delegation sent to investigate reports of the Juicer Rebellion. Traveling through the Magic Zone and the Coalition States, he learned how bad it could get in most of the world. Encountering the truth behind the Rebellion, he found out it can get worse. After surviving, barely, he decided he needed to put his talents to work for the world., and after learning of the existence of the Legion he decided that was the place to do it. '''Appearance''': Short and skinny, with pale skin, green eyes and dark hair. Typically wears a grey traveling cloak over his black armor, a low-slung gunbelt, squarish googles set with mismatched lenses, and dark gloves set with circuit patterns and crystals. Typically wears a backback full of parts and carries a metallic staff, with attachment points for mechanical modules, slung across his back. His boots and belt have similar attachment points.
