==Character Backstory==
Elizabeth Kelemen is a native of Emerald City, and had a pretty idyllic childhood, all things considered -- mom and dad, irritating younger brother, house in the Sunset Hills district -- the usual. And she grew up reading a lot of comics about Freedom City and its heroes and villains. She had just started her first year at ECU when the Silver Storm happened. Caught in a storm of nanites, Elizabeth ran home to make sure her family was all right.

<br>She just didn't expect to get there in under a second. Her childhood flights of fantasy about fighting crime with superpowers suddenly a reality, Elizabeth has focused on making herself into the best hero she can be, while still trying to balance something of a normal life. Thankfully, her family has helped her to stay grounded, but even moving at hypersonic speeds, it seems like there aren't enough hours in the day sometimes....
<br><br>Elizabeth is average height, with a runner's build (naturally enough), ash blonde hair, and grey eyes. Her costume is a fairly standard spandex super-suit in dark blue and silver with a silver lightning bolt across the torso. Her mask covers her face but not her hair, and she wears a pair of blue goggles.
