===To Thine Own Self Be True=== *'''Cost:''' --; '''Mins:''' Integrity 3, Essence 3; '''Type:''' Permanent *'''Keywords:''' None *'''Duration:''' Permanent *'''Prerequisite Charms:''' Unhesitating Dedication *The Lawgivers must be true to themselves; if they were not, they would not be Lawgivers. The Solar elevates his personal truth, and carefully considers the words of others. Substitute the Solar's Temperance for his Conviction when determining if mental influence goes against or is in line with his dominant Virtues, and when determining how many scenes of effort are required to build or erode Intimacies. However, he must also suppress Temperance in order to abandon a committed cause or give up in the face of hardship or suffering. Suppressing his Temperance in this way causes the Solar to forfeit the benefits of this Charm for the rest of the scene.
