=Lifepath= ==Home & Upbringing== '''Starbase''' '''Starfleet (Accepted)''' T'Has grew up on a Federation starbase. Her mother was a Vulcan ambassador assigned to the station. The starbase had a very transient population. While her family stayed, there were many other people passing through. She learned the value of hospitality there, always showing an interest in new people. While she did embrace Federation life, she was constrained by her life in one place. As early as she could, she learned how to fly spacecraft and looked to Starfleet as a means to travel and explore the stars. ==Starfleet Academy== '''Majored in Conn''' '''Minored in Engineering''' From her first days at the Academy, T'Has looked toward the flight program. She was the first Vulcan to be named a part of the Nova Squadron, bringing a sense of control rather than the typical human swagger. Fellow cadet and squadron leader Gabriel Mendez followed an old Earth practice of giving each member a "call sign". He chose the name "Lonestar" for her because of her independent nature and the similarity of her name to the rejoin of Texas. Use of the name outside of her Nova Squadron colleagues is a minor irritant. (I know Nova Squadron comes from a TNG episode, but it had to get started some time! Let me know if this interferes with continuity too much.) ==Career Events== '''Called Out a Superior''' '''Discovered an Artifact''' I haven't fleshed this out yet, but I would like the superior I called out be Captain Silva at some point in the last few years. It would have ended with him putting aside his anger and taking T'Has with him to this assignment. The artifact that was discovered was an ancient spacecraft. He crew was unable to activate it and get it to move until T'Has figured it out. She used Vulcan mind melds as an analog to figure a way to merge minds with the space ship's AI. She piloted the craft long enough to learn that it's AI was sentient, and she (along with Silva) freed the ship despite its strategic use to the Federation.
