===BACKGROUND===
The Earth was broken. It was dying. The Rock of Eternity had been shattered. Then remade, yes, so that magic flowed once more. But the damage was done. The spirit world was almost extinct. The Earth could not be remade so easily as a Rock...

A wretched figure stumbles through the burning wasteland. Grey dust. Ashen rock. Burning sand. .....green grass?

A large figure (statue?) made of dried and twisted stalks and vines knelt in the middle of a patch of fresh green grass. It held in its arms a broken robot of red, yellow and blue. A cool breeze wafted by.

''mortal. we need you. we. who were once godlike. our powers. diminished. our bodies. broken. like the earth. we can gift you. our remaining. power. if only. you swear to. fix. this. benighted. planet.''

A cracked voice spoke, "heh. Y-you givin' me a choice." The man searches through his rags. "Geeze you were ugly plant guy. Almost want to make me look in the mirror."

''yeesss. you haave the choice. you do. nooot it.''

The man froze, looking at something in his hand. "You're right. You're two beings offering me one gift. Ugly and nice. That's just the outside." He looked up and around him at the wastelands and the broken sky. "There's too much ugly out here. I'll take it." He dropped a heavy silver coin to the grass.

''it is yours, harvey dent.''

"Yeah, well, I ain't Two-Face no more. I'm Tellurian."

Harvey Dent gets a chance at redemption after being infused with the remaining power of two elementals, Swamp Thing and Red Tornado.
