* Pierce Mannequins: Recently acquired warehouse space carved out of one of the "edge" sections. The space contains a loft area where Franklin lives, a warehouse floor where the mannequins are kept and maintained, and a large cargo netting that Franklin uses to train and work out on in secret. Numerous rope traps are set up around the space for security.
