Reed Richards: Hi, my name is Reed Richards and I am the Leader of AIM. If you have received this video message it means that we believe you are important to the future of Earth. Look around you and you can see chaos everywhere, war, famine, oppression. It doesn't have to be that way, the world's best, the world's brightest, we can change it. Formerly the head of weapons R&D at Wayne Enterprises, Reed considered himself the smartest man in the world(and he still does). He knew creating advanced weaponry was the route to creating an ordered society by concentrating power in the hands of the few. He even had equations to prove it. When Wayne decided to liquidate the weapons part of Wayne Industries, Reed refused to destroy the equipment and research and stole it. With the equipment and some scientists who believed in him, Richards created AIM, an underground arms dealing syndicate focused on fostering technocratic revolution.
