Editing About The Kadbras Foundation (Tobyverse)

The Kadbras Foundation. This term refers to two things. The first, and more well-known, refers to the world-sweeping organization run by Dr. Alberto Kadbras, or [[Dr. Kadabra's Story (Tobyverse)|Dr. Kadabra]]. It is a philanthropic organization, designed to aid Changelings who have lost everything, a fate that unfortunately had become frighteningly common. It is active around the world. Kadbras is currently making steps to establish a base in several third world countries, with mixed success. Certain places (ULTRASP) have no presence, for obvious reasons.

It also, however, refers to the team he has created. This is a team made up of Changelings with extraordinary gifts...who also needed extraordinary help to control their powers. The membership changes, though the four mentioned earlier are almost constants. The teams goal is to protect Changelings from the hate and ignorance of mankind....and to protect mankind from the same thing from Changelings.
