Editing Angels of Hell's Kitchen

This film opens with shady PI Victor Warren dying of a gut-shot in the Bronx Zoo, then flashes back to when he was approached by Lana's character,  Madelaine Silver, moll of a local gangster who seduces him into a scheme where they manipulate said gangster and a rival into taking each other out, grab their money and run off together somewhere sunny and tropical.  Madelaine uses her wiles on her lover to enact one half of the scheme, while Warren infiltrates the rival's organisation for the other. Both gangs go down in hails of gunfire - though of course Madelaine is the one to shoot her loverboss - and Madelaine and Warren meet up at the Bronx Zoo, each with cases of cash. At which point Madelaine double-crosses Warren and shoots him - but as she's leaving with all the money, he manages to get his gun out and shoot her in the back. The film ends with him dying next to her body, leaving the stage deserted.
