Sheol is at its most fundamental level a form of law enforcement. Therefore it would be catastrophic for its retrieval team to be unlawful. A month after its restructuring after the escape that wasn't, Sheol was contacted by a 50 year old lawyer claiming to be King Arthur. Apparently England’s darkest hour had come, and Arthur saved the day. And then turned to his greatest strength: Being a lawyer! Turns out he was England’s greatest king because he could balance doing good and remaining true to the laws of his kingdom. 20 years after his resurrection he now leads Sheol's finest and keeps them in check ensuring that no legitimate government will ever have reason to endanger the prisons everlasting duty.

Art was brought back through the power of the sheath of Excalibur, an artifact that bestows immortality: as long as the indestructible sheath exists the one who is bound to it will regenerate from anything. (Unknown to anyone at this point, this not due to he magic of the sword but do to a stable time loop. The person who gave Arthur the sheath was himself, already bound to it. Until he goes back in time and gifts himself the sheath the universe will not allow it or his destruction.) This regeneration is why he dresses like Phoenix Write.

Tries to be a mentor for current host of The Ship [[Jessica Mason]] both as a hero and as a lawyer. He made her a knight of the round Table.
