== Introduction ==
Asseasse, actually spelled ''Assëässe'' is a medieval fantastic world filled with creatures and magic. Most parts of the world are medieval with  a fair amount of magic but some other parts are as advances as the ''Renaissance'' period or as primitive as ''Stone Age''. 

Being a completely original concept ''Assëässe'' integrates very well with commercial campaign settings. Some parts of the world are even inspired of some material.

== Game System ==
This campaign setting was originally designed to run on ''AD&amp;d 2nd edition'' game system. Note that every effort has been made to keep the setting as generic as possible so it can be integrated with as any game systems as possible. There is inevitably some specifics; but sections will be provided for alternate system rules such as more recent editions. And remember you can add your own game system specifics when appropriate.

== Background ==
''Assëässe'' literally means 'My World' in some elven dialect. The setting originally started as a small island named ''Zambie''. It expanded to other continents and eventually mapped the whole planet.

I have been DMing since the early 1990's and accumulated lots of content and experiences that I wanted to document and share. So here is ''Assëässe'' campaign setting.
