The first thing that should be mentioned about Aust is that he's gay. The second thing that should be mentioned is that he's a cross-dresser. You know all that stuff about elves being gay and wizards are men dressed in women's clothing? well it's true in this case.
Aust claims to be a woman in a man's body and he usually refers to himself as a woman. He's a strict feminist and loves to chat with his "sisters". His weird ideas and attitudes are usually well tolerated by those who works with him though, thanks to his friendly and chatty nature.

Aust is always dressed in women's clothing, fancy dresses, jevelry and stuff like that. This does make him look slightly weird though, because his face is rather manly (for an elf) and he's also akin to seven feet tall.

Aust is a member of house Thuranni, and used work as an illusionist. He became an employee of Rupin's five years ago, as thanks for services that Rupin had provided the house (it's believed that Rupin asked for a cheap mage to help him getting through customs as a reward for his assistance to house Thuranni).
Aust is usually on the move, delivering shipments of luxury goods to where the items are needed. He loves to stop by for a chat though (to Dey's frustration). His favorite subjects to talk about are feminity, sisterhood and Rupin's sexlife.
He loves cuddly things and usually brings crackers to Cat.
