A fairly regular joe, the man who would be called B.R.E.N.T. had a cubicle job, married, two kids. He was content with his life, but deep inside he wished for it a be a bit more widescreen. Then, he woke up all cyborged up in an apocalyptic world and wit holes in his memory: he remembers he had a wife, a son and a daughter, but not their faces or their names. He doesn't even remember his own name. He's wracked with guilt, because he thinks his secret wish may have been the cause of all this mess. Omicron, the computer in his head, isn't much of a help regarding his past life. The AI is more concerned with the now.
 
 
The only thing he know is that Omicron refers to him as a Basic Retaliation-Enhanced Nuclear Trooper. A super-sharpshooter cyborg that can clip the wings on a fly 1000 yards away -- that is, if it survives the searing intensity of his laser pistol's beam. But what still freaks Brent up is this ability he has to lsiten and talk to machines. From door locks to tanks, everything that has at least a mechanical system can be understood and commanded by Brent.
