==Description==
Lucas was born and raised in a monastery dedicated to the exploration of human potential via knowledge of the Ki Dominion. He does not know his biological parents but views the whole monastery as his family. A diligent if not especially gifted student he absorbed the philosophy he was raised in like a duck to water.
The reason he did not take vows but instead left his old life behind is simple. He began to believe that perfection while a noble pursuit had to be tested and tested again in order to truly be reached. Furthermore, he realized that there was much he did not know and could not learn behind monastery walls. So, in order to achieve those goals, one of testing himself and the other to learn about the world through experience he embarked on his first adventure.
He heard about the northern Lord of War's hiring and decided that would be an excellent start to his new life.
