Editing Bialobog

Lt. Alexander Igorovic Koshtinenchko, was a People's Hero. A highly decorated military pilot, then a pioneer Cosmonaut, he was devoted to the Soviet ideal. He actually volunteered to take part in the Bialobog Project, one of many concocted in a secret facility in the deep tundra of Siberia. It was the '70s high point of the arms race between the USSR and USA, part which was the transhuman project. Both Empires stretched their efforts to create a superhuman weapon, whose power would transcend that of the ever growing atomic arsenal. Koshtinenko was proud to give his land this effort to keep it safe and secure.

By the end of the '70s, an unthinkable tragedy happened. Some kind of cosmic error, so catastrophic that the Soviets contacted the Americans in an effort to keep it contained. By the end of this joint effort the world and humanity were safe, but the facility and Koshtinenchko were abandoned. But unknown to all, even to its creators, the Bialobog Project continued.

For over a decade, the facility remained outside the bounds of outside surveillance. The immediate area was inhabitable, and satellites simply blacked out when trying to survey the remains of the complex. Then, as the Soviet Union crumbled, its greatest and most awe inspiring achievement ascended from the wreckage.

Koshtinenchko was transformed by the untamed energies and processes of the Bialobog Project. His very flesh became alien to this world, an exotic kind of matter unknown to current science. His perceptions and understating of what surrounded him grew and extended, giving him a quantum awareness of the universe. No longer was he a creature of mere three dimensions, with his existence stretching far beyond them. Matter and energy were bound to his commands. With these revelations came a knowledge and an urge: to create a world where humanity could grow and prosper without knowing suffering. A vision of universal happiness. As the old order crumbled, Bialobog set out to create a new, better one.

The process was neither painless nor bloodless. Some of those who wouldn't submit had to removed. Those who opposed dubbed him Koshchey after a fairy tale bogey man.  They were subdued within months, each one of them given the chance to join his new order. He took no pleasure in that. In a matter of months, he united ad liberated the former Soviet Republics, forging them into a new kind of state. A bright beacon of Humanity Ascendant.

Bialobog is capable of manipulating matter on the molecular level, and influencing energy in a similar way. He posses a Quantum Awareness, letting him perceive both time and space in deeper, ways than humans; among other things, this allows for quantum teleportation and multilocationism. He is for most practical purposes a god. His abilities, however, work on principles of physics far surpassing current scientific knowledge, and they can at times be subject to arcane limitations.
