Born a dragon king of the Mosok breed, Bones Like Jade served under Lun Kuai in The Wardens of the Green Sun.  Shortly after the Usurpation, Bones Like Jade chose to enter into stasis, in order to ensure that the knowledge of the dragon kings survived.  Every few hundred years, Bones Like Jade would awaken, search for signs of the Solars' rebirth, and then sleep again when such was not to be found.  His last awakening was several decades off schedule; confused, Bones Like Jade searched the ruins of Rathess, discovering Leaf Shakes the Wind.  After a brief battle, the two recalled their mutual pasts together, and they have begun to reforge the old alliances between the servants of the Unconquered Sun.
