He's an accidental time traveller from a prehistoric technological dinosaur society.  An evil mad scientist offered to send him back home if he'd serve as a henchman. So he's done some questionable things and has definitely battled superheroes before, but he's basically a good guy at heart.

He's a stealthy, speedy, leaping, slashing, biting guy with a mean tail-slap.  He's more of a  hard-to-hit guy than he is a tough guy.  His intelligence is human-level and in the few years he's been in this time, he's adapted pretty well.  He can use guns and the Internet and so forth.

He also has a taste for human flesh, but he tries to keep that to himself.  And he's eager to find out what the evil aliens taste like.

He cannot remotely pass for human.  His only cybernetic enhancement is diamond-carbide jaws for extra bite damage.
