Editing Cabal:Catalyst

One of the two smallest cabals in Singapore, the Catalyst, is also seen as the most potentially destructive. They believe that Singapore is a potential hot bed for Sleeper-to-Awakened conversions. The despotic rule of the Singaporean government will stress the population so far that they will break out of the Sleep. Or so they believe. All it requires is something to ignite the flames of dissension. While the Guardians of the Veil keep a close eye on the cabal, it hasn’t proved very effective in instituting the change they want to make. They spend more time in internet cafes and coffee shops talking about their ideas than actually doing anything with those ideas. They have become a source of annoyance to the Court and if they somehow stumble into effectiveness the war against them would be swift and decisive.<br>
