A tall thin man, with short-cropped black hair and a neatly trimmed moustache and full beard, Caelus often catches attention - mostly because of the blank gray orbs hidden behind a white silk band. Embroidered with gold thread and centered with the sigil of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica, it marks him as a proud member of that necessary, if at times feared, body. His extensive cranial circuitry and implants show little on the surface, with the only exception being some metal tracery around his eyes and behind his ears.
