So.start by cleaning Oregon's Fire of the cast off onions, celery, not pepper that had cooked on the vegetable shelf.  Sometimes slow cooked for days.

Now avoid putting this mix straight on a plate with a Buff Cut 3.  Or dropping  a couple Dive Turkey eggs on it.  A whole industry exists finding and climbing to collect Dive Turkey eggs; a foot across and frigging delicious. These are what eggs are supposed to taste like.
