* '''"Alien Policeman"''' - An octopus-like, many eyed alien, apparently an agent of the Intergalactic Police Force.  His vessel was in hot pursuit of the "Evil Alien Overlord" but endured some sort of damage which caused it to face destruction.  The "Alien Policeman" launched a message beacon from his torpedo launchers just before destruction, apparently in order to ensure the eventual capture or defeat of the "Evil Alien Overlord".  The destruction of his vessels strange power source was apparently the cause of the "green ray" event.  He was last seen engulfed in the destruction of his own vessel.
* '''Bobby Smiles''' - Bobby is the brother of Johnny Smiles.  Bobby was at the party at Jason's Dad's house.  Bobby apparently gained super powers by being touched by Brad during the "green ray" event.  Bobby's super power was apparently the ability to uncontrollably detonate himself with the force of 1000 nuclear weapons, and to shift his physical location.  Bobby was last seen detonating in near earth orbit, causing massive destruction in much of Southern California. Bobby apparently acheived some kind of transcendant emotional state just before his detonation.  
* '''Brad''' - Brad was a guest at the party at Jason's Dad's house.  Brad may have developed super powers during the "green ray" event as his arms were described as pulsing and shifting, and his touch apparently caused Bobby Smiles to develop super powers.  Last seen in Jason's Dad's house moments before Bobby detonated.
* '''[[Capes:CiM:IMPORTANT_CHARACTERS:Cynthia_Smith|Cynthia Smith]]''' - Cynthia was a guest at the party at Jason's Dad's house.  She successfully hid the keg when Jason's Dad came home unexpectedly.  She was also the first to realize, after all the kids had been forced from the house by Jason's Dad, that the light in the sky was an unnatural comet.  She apparently developed, during the "green ray" event, the ability to rapidly devise gadgets from available devices.  She was last seen being hurled away from the site of Bobby Smile's detonation at a high rate of speed, wearing her improvised jet pack and techno armor.
* '''"Evil Alien Overlord"''' - The evil alien overlord was aboard the comet-like biological space vessel that distintegrated in near Earth orbit.  He was apparently leading members of his race in a religous motivated invasion of Earth, for the purpose of conquest and the use of human beings as a possible food source.  He was last seen giving a stirring speech to his alien followers just before the destruction of both his own and the pursuing Intergalactic Police Force vessel.
* '''Jason''' - Jason was the host of the party at Jason's Dad's house.  Last seen at the house just before Bobby Smile's detonation.
* '''[[Capes:CiM:IMPORTANT_CHARACTERS:Jason's_ Dad|Jason's Dad]]''' - Jason's Dad was the owner of the home in which the party took place.  Jason's Dad came home early and was able to get all of the partying kids out of his house, although he did not find the keg.  He believed Johnny Smiles had accidently broken his arm, and was carrying him out of the house at the moment of the "green ray" event.  He appears to have developed at least the super ability of converting to a gaseous form.  He was last seen rapidly becoming a vapor just before Bobby Smiles detonated.
* '''[[Capes:CiM:IMPORTANT_CHARACTERS:Johnny_Smiles|Johnny Smiles]]''' - Johnny Smiles is Bobby Smiles' brother.  He was upstairs at the party at Jason's Dad's house when Jason's Dad came home.  He was in deep, passionate conversation with Julia, whom he loved at first sight.  He attempted to convince Jason's Dad that he had broken his arm in falling down the stairs to distract him from the ongoing party.  He was in physical contact with Jason's Dad during the "green ray" event.  He was last seen rapidly becoming a vapor and expanding across the town just before Bobby Smiles detonated.
* '''Julia''' - Julia was a guest at the party at Jason's Dad's house.  She apparently made some kind of emotional/romantic connection with Johnny Smiles.  Julia was last seen standing outside of Jason's Dad's house at the moment of Bobby Smiles detonation.
