Editing Captain Kasha Scarlet

Kasha Scarlet was born into the wealthy and prestigious Vibhuuten naiven clan, fortunate enough to be given a human body as her first host, looking forward to a life of luxury and plenty as a Vaylen princess. Yet by the age of 25 she had already been cast out of Vaylen society, stuck on a spaceship and sent into human space to prove her worth or die trying. The problem was that she took a little too well to her decadent and indulgent lifestyle, taking the expected level of experimentation and eccentricity a little too far. Being a dilettante was one thing, being an out and out criminal was another. Unsurprisingly, nothing changed once she reached human space, and she has set up a small criminal empire on the world of Aguba. 

Posing as a Darikahn lord's wayward natural daughter turned smuggler, Kasha has carved out a niche on Aguba, providing the nobles and scientists with goods that are technically prohibited on the world, making herself quite a few friends in the process. Charming and playful, she has no problem playing the roguish noble adventuress, but as a Vaylen, she is as ruthless as they come. Addicted to adrenalin and the excitement of fluttering close to the flame, playing factions against one another, she is probably too clever for her own good. This can be seen no more clearly than in her cultivation of relationships with both Justin Various and the Lord Steward himself. 

For now, she sees the subversion of the world for the Vaylen as a long-term goal - in the meantime, she means to enjoy herself, revelling in the human experience.
