==History==
*Grew up in North London (St.John's Wood), in a well off reformed Jewish family.
*In 1999. His father, Joel, retired to a Buckinghamshire country home after the death of Charlie's mother, Sarah. He and his father have never really seen eye to eye.
*Has two brothers, Michael and Joseph, both now work in the Financial District. Charlie, the youngest of the three never really got along with them.
*Went to UCL to study Architecture & Structural Engineering, which was also where he met Rebecca.
*Married Rebecca Zara Goldstein in May 2004.
*Awoke December 11th 2009, three months after a car crash where he was driving. Rebecca also in the car, did not survive her injuries. This in fact was one of the major catalysts to his awakening, as it through him into a dark near suicidal depression. He discarded many friendships during this time, pushing people away and eventually awoke as he tried to throw himself into traffic.

==Ties to NPCs==
*Voltaire, his former master during his apprenticeship with the Mysterium. Voltaire recently and quite prominently defected to the Free Council and attempted to bring many of students with him. Nebuchadnezzar has thus far refused to follow.
*His Dead Wife, Rebecca.
*Her brother and his brother-in-law and former best friend, Ari, who is a Real Estate Developer who owns several houses nearby. Though the two used to be close since Charlie's awakening he has distanced himself from Ari, partially over disagreements about the death of Rebecca and partially because Charlie doesn't want to get him involved in the danger of the life of the awakened.
*Joel Conrad Rosenburg, his estranged and frankly secretive father. The two men still don't see eye to eye and in many ways they blame each other for their wives death.
