This charm makes any craft roll Tenglann makes to create a non-artifact weapon into a miscellaneous action and not a dramatic action, that can be flurried. He must still have the required amount of material in resources to make the item, but he need not extra resources to make an item of Perfect quality, but instead pays 2m for each weapon of perfect quality. 
The material of the weapons are automatically treated as Malfean Iron, no matter what it was actually created out of. For an additional cost of +1m per weapon he can change this to any mundane material.

===Description===
Tenglann, Creator of the Deadly is the Expressive Soul of the Green Sun. Like his patron he has an urge to create and spread their glory, but Tenglann's creations are a bit more specific, they are all weapons. Tenglann revels in seeing his creation cause death and destruction, especially in Creation and Yu-Shan.<br>
During the First Age a Dawn Caste summoner who was unsatisfied with Tenglann's work tore off his right arm. Back in Malfeas, however, Tenglann chose not to re-grow his arm, but instead made one out of brass, malfean iron and vitriol.

===Summoning===
''Obscurity'' (3/4) Sorcerers summon the Creator of the Deadly to do what he is opted to do, create powerful weapons of destruction. Be they everything from simple daiklaives and firewands to essence cannons and war-striders. Tenglann may also be called into creation when a smith makes a weapon of excellent quality containing a special quality of destruction.
