The book details Bridge after Bridge of neat Qiao for experianced Shih, but without a full 7 points from flaws, it's impossible to buy more than one extra one. You begin with 21 freebie points, but are obligated to spend at least 8 on four different skills required to be above rank 3 because of character creation rules. So while I'm cool with the extra points, I still feel like I'm being straight-jacketed.
