Editing Characters: Splicer

A brilliant cybersurgeon & genetic engineer, Splicer sells his services to whoever has the coin. A hardcore transhumanist, he was kicked out of medical school for performing unethical unsanctioned research on charity patients. Over the years he's established robust relationships with well-connected suppliers; his selection of drugs & medtech is second to none.

Notes: Can get his hands on high-end medical equipment for the right price (Valkyrie modules, portable clinics, and so on). His drug supplier might be Ling-Ling's boss (Stephen: feel free to confirm or deny this & I'll update this page). Splicer was the surgeon who rebuilt Martin after he fled the Corporate Court.
