Receptionist/Assistant to the Human Resources Manager
The receptionist is the first point-of-contact for all visitors to the Hopewell Foundation, both in person and over the phone.  He has to maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, as well as a working knowledge of the roles of the Foundation's departments, so as to properly direct calls, and the Foundation's major clients and contacts, so as to maintain close ties at all levels of interaction. He is also responsible for maintaining the office mailbox, both incoming and outgoing.

The Hopewell Foundation is looking for a friendly and polite candidate to serve as its receptionist. As the first point of contact for the Foundation, the Receptionist should have a professional and pleasant demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will also assist the Human Resources Manager in providing support for the welfare of the Foundation's staff. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Salary: hourly, plus benefits | EOE M/F/H/V
 
 
As assistant to the Human Resources Manager, the receptionist is responsible for maintaining the master staff schedule book, the vacation/sick time database, distributing hire and benefits paperwork and other general tasks assigned on an as-needed basis.
