*[http://wiki.rpg.net/index.php/Left_My_Wallet_In_North_Mungoda wiki] *Charoa exports food, cypress wood, wine, currants, olive oil, wool, cloth, herbs, and purple dye. Its imports mainly consist of hard woods, precious stones, copper, tin, iron, ivory, silver, gold, and other raw materials. *Charoas main port at the moment is Chania but various ports are popular at different times due to wildly fluctuating taxes and harbour fees. *Charoa is currently under the dominion of the New Selentine Empire but the local people ( who are more closely aligned with Emphidor) are unhappy with the situation.....they are even more unhappy with the current influx of Ferromani interests which may boil up into a full grown take over with the Selentines current stretched resources. *Charoa is dotted with small villages and a large number of old ruins dating back to ancient kingdoms on the island - many of the ruins feature carvings or statues of bulls, the moon and other more or less human figures.
