= Locales in the City of Eternal Shadows =

The ancient city of Dhri Surna Shanura sits along the southern most portion of the Great River, just above the delta where the river flows into the Great Sea.  The city has existed since before time, it is rumored.  The meaning of the name is lost to history and a long ago race.  The city is now known as the City of Eternal Shadows, for it said that all the has ever existed in the city still exists today in the form of shadows.  It is also known colloquially as The Great City and in nearer lands simply as The City, for it is the largest, most powerful, most corrupt, city in the world.
