Claire is a sweet, bubbly woman in her late 40's.  She has two children, Gabriel and Madison, and is married to Jacob Stone.  Claire contrasts Jacob nicely (it's why they get along).  She volunteers extensively and tries to stay up to date on the lives of her children.  She's always available if anyone needs to talk.  She has a Masters in Pyschology and volunteers at the teen center.
