Editing Cotar Fomas Venan Kesling

Kesling was [[Edra Launtro]]'s first Cotar Fomas and she still wishes she could impress him with her devotion and dedication. Unfortunately, Kesling always thought Launtro didn't have the mettle for her position.  Kesling is still the loyal Cotar Fomas of the [[Order of the Seventh Question]], but he is rather disgruntled that so many leadership positions in the Order are occupied by women.  He obeys no one but the Archcotare of the Order,  Servius Quinctius Mahavir.

Kesling bears the Bright Mark but his skill with Psychology is fairly limited.
