Crow-Feather Shen never refuses a fight, and more often than not seeks them out.  Though his sifu long chided him for his brash temper, Shen never thought himself brash; on the contrary, he thinks it the height of prudence to put oneself and one's kung fu out in the world for criticism and test.  Every battle is a chance to discover something about oneself, to identify weaknesses and to purge them from one's mind.<br>
