== Appearance == 

Cuddles is a bipedal talking cat person dressed in yellow monk robes. He wears a eyepatch over one eye (an old memento from a failed kill) and talks with a slight Scottish accent, as befit of a Cattish. On his back he wears his trademark oversized katana, which usually drags behind him on the floor. He got opposable thumbs, and his fur is mostly a graying brown with a white underbelly, although there's some black streaks on his back. His remaining eye is big and yellow, with an attentive glint to it.

== Background == 

Cuddles Schrödinger is a gentleman assassin extraordinary and has been so for more than three decades now, until the day he suffered defeat to [[Elias Snark]] and was forced into his servitude as is the tradition of his people, the Cattish. Since then he's acted as [[Elias Snark | Elias']] spunky sidekick (as there is a considerable lack of spunk from [[Wisp]] and someone has to make up for it).

The Cattish is a nomadic cat people that travels through the Nhihn in what is called the big Cat Parade. It is said that they are in truth looking for a new homeworld since their own was destroyed a long time ago. It would seem though that the search is taking quite a while though, as the Cattish has been traveling for hundreds of years by now without finding a new home. They are a proud and independent people though, and usually quite welcome to whatever world they might be visiting, as the Cat Parade tends to lower the amount of pesky rodents in whatever world it arrives to.

== Personality == 

Cuddles is a gentleman and an assassin. He's polite, serious and down to business. He's usually skeptic to tomfoolery. Strangely considering his former profession, Cuddles is a strong believer in the peaceful monk teachings he was taught in his youth by the monks on the mountain where he learned his martial arts.

Cuddles likes mice (so delicious!), fishing, naps and chivalry. He dislikes baths, ruckuses, dishonorable behavior and getting old. He often refers to himself as an old cat.

== Powers ==

Long time ago in a world many Nhihn away, Cuddles were thought the art of "Kaze-no-Iaijutsu" by some cat loving monks living in a very desolate temple on top of a very high mountain. Using their ki techniques Cuddles is capable of enchanting his own strikes, and if his cut is swift enough, even control the wind! Besides being an excellent swordsman, Cuddles is also proficient in three unarmed martial arts, which he uses interchangeably to dish out damage in close quarters where drawing your sword might not be the best of actions. According to Cuddles himself, he's well past his prime though, and he claims that he used to be a lot more powerful in his youth, but now he claims that he feels the weight of his years in every cut.

== Motivation == 

Because [[Elias Snark | Elias]] defeated him, Cuddles is honor bound to serve his house for one decade, as per the tradition of the Cattish. He does so without grumbling, but what he really thinks about this is a mystery.
