The capital of the Brupek Empire lies along the '''[[Belnolla River]]''' that moves west-to-east through the center of the land. This city and its outlying districts has nearly a million inhabitants.  The ancient city is ruled by a Senate, which dates back to the town council that existed when the Eternal Emperor first decided to establish himself here.  The original families are now the only hereditary nobility in the land and while their power is great in the city their power is very limited outside the confines of Afadreth. 
 
 
The Eternal Emperor lives in a small settlement on an island in the river.
